Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her college education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. At the show, she placed third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place in the Fitness Division despite not having any expectations. Ariel competed with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel enjoys working her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. Warming up is usually done prior to an actual training. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
